Bismillah ir Rahmaan ir Raheem.
Every situation in life and every way we react to them have been written up in the register,as was decreed by Allah.
The situations we face are not in our hands.What is in our hands, is our choices and our reactions to those situations.
Our test lies in our reactions to the situations.
Quran: 67.2||He Who has created death and life, so that He may try you (and demonstrate to yourselves) which of you is better in deeds. And He is the All-Glorious with irresistible might (Whose will none can frustrate), the All-Forgiving (Who forgives many of His servants' sins so that they learn from being tested)
We feel unimaginably elated and self content when we do something remarkable, but if we do not believe that it was only decreed by Allah and it was only a mercy from Him, as nothing happens without His will, and if we do not say from deep down: 'Alhamdolillah,All praises are for Allah SWT', that very moment of happiness and success will transform into our loss. And what a great loss it will be.
We feel our eeman shake and panick befall us when trials and pressures of worldly life hold us down. We ask,is it worth the patience? People do so and so, why am I not following them? May Allah protect us and guide us in such situations. Our Sabr (patience, perseverence, forbearence, steadfastness, self restrain) is for the sake of Almighty,Allah Azza wa Jal. He is the one who decreed the situation to test us and He is the only one who has the power to remove the burden. So,if we believe in Him and say "Alhamdolillah for making me patient", the same moment of burden will turn into our victory.
Remember,everything is in the knowledge of Allah. Our situations are not in our hands,but the way we react to them is in our hands.And The Supreme knows it all by His Greatness.
Quran: 57:22-23||No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We bring it into being - indeed that, for Allah , is easy -In order that you not despair over what has eluded you and not exult [in pride] over what He has given you. And Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful -
Allah Ar Rahman Ar Raheem has done us a favour,by giving us the knowledge of Al Qadr ,the divine decree,for our own benefit.And He is even more merciful,as He has told us how to react in every situation.
Islam is perfect. But,are we following it perfectly and striving towards more, is the question which should be sufficient for us to turn to Allah SWT always for help.
May He guide us on the right path and May He bring us closer to Him.May He increase us in knowledge and understanding. Aameen.

DeleteA)Everything that happens,whether done to us by system around us(people,environment etc.) or done by us(choices we make) have been already written down in Allwah al Mahfoudh,The Preserved Slate.This is from the All-Encompassing knowledge of Allah,who knows even the future actions of us.
B)What happens to us,like different situations in our office,in our daily life ,ex-accidents,these are due to cumulative effects of multiple things ,which are not under our control,not chosen by us.Like the man who did not follow traffic rules and hit me on the road,or the girl friend who got attracted to another boy.I am not in control of the driver or the girl's choices.What is in our power to choose is our attitude to react to these incidents.
We have the free choice.We can choose pessimism or optimism,anger or forgiveness,force or letting go,hope or despair,in the situations.This is what I meant by somethings being in our hand,some not in our hands.
But,Whatever you choose,or whatever happens to you from someone else's choices,all of its exactly preserved in the Slate. Allah knows that beforehand,that we will choose that.That is His All-Encompassing knowledge.
